Bad people mgmt rude managers Existing employees are not valued Not market standard CTC to existing employees nor they do revision To say it's 5 days a week and flexi hours but here it's 7 days a week still abuse to employees strict 9 am login delay then ready for abuses not fixed log out time

My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero. I'm in the condition to suicide but thanks to my previous TSM Karan Singh who support me in my tuff situation. I would appreciate if this type of suffocating thing will not happen and make sure like My CM should not be working....Read More
