The way the company trusts its employees is commendable. It does not believe in attracting its customers by the mode of advertisements or any such social media but it believes in the moral and values which the employees carry with themselves to gain a constant and strong relationship with their customers. The company motivates each and every employee to the best possible way by the means of either incentives or the freedom to grow big. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
