They use only cashier.Fifteen thausand se bhi kam salary me branch operations ke sare kam krate hai. If cashier operations ke kam krta hai to salary kyu nhi dete operations manager ki jaisi?? Shame on tata aia life. They don't have humanity Month end lot of work pressure 15 hours shift during month end. Cashier have all access and authority of branch operations work. But they don't provides salary like them. Tata aia doing scam with cashier. Hungry for sales....Shame on this company.... Very bad experience I get from Tata aia cashier role.
