I liked the company at first place work culture is amazing but they do not care about their employees as for the salary part it is a biggest issue with doordash process. People are still good but it's kinda hectic with very low pay with zero job security.

Zero job security, payout is very low and they can decrease amounts tharolly, also managers aren't worthit .

TaskUs is an amazing place to work at. It avails you excellent work environment and colourful infrastructure. Colleagues are highly skilled and you get to meet highly experienced people who have been working with the company for a longer span.

Dislikes

Although TaskUs is my first organisation to work at, I found that the benefits doesn’t do justice. Organisational parties and other activities are only organised for higher management. According to me every designation should be considered and rewarded. Thank you.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
