One of the best thing I will say is the good work-life balance. The leadership truly understands the importance of personal time, which makes it easier to maintain a healthy balance between work and life. At least my manager is the best manager I have got so far in my 10+ years of career. I am grateful to god for this. The learning opportunities are excellent, with hands-on projects which keeps me engaged and growing. We also get to work with some top-notch clients, which is both exciting and rewarding.
