Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Peaceful work and culture most of the time.

Dislikes

There were normal office days until or unless pandemic season starts. During pandemic season I faced certain issues like, no salary hike. 15% cut off salary without intimation. We should have our own laptop while work from home process. Faced slow moving process while relieving from there.
