Likes

Being a NGO, TARA has immensely helped to understand different cultures and lives of people. I am able to help hundreds of people through my work. This is the best i can ask for .

The organisation is quite flexible with the employees this sometime results in delay in work from employee side .

Likes

Sethji system basiced organization. Without salary work for 45 days then they will think about processing. Without Hr or policy they will decide to cut salary for 10 days because late coming for 05/10 Minutes. You work 10 days and marks absent. All you office boy staff.
