1-Harassment and humiliation on call and mails by technical officers and CEO of the company. 2-if they have plan to kick you out from the company they will start abusing that particular employee by many means in personal and group call and mails. 3-they will eat up your bonus. 4- Policy are just on papers, management only break the policy. 5-CTO is horrible and ruling- as company is startup and they don't have any one good in technical client handling, so he does, plan, rule in the way he wants 5- CEO and other management is a puppet of CTO. can not take action as per his wish....Read More

Giving Opportunities to freshers and other experienced ,even there is career gap. They focussing on continuous learning ability and interest of Applicants.Career gap doesnt matter. Even they hire as work from Office, they allow work from home if required.

Micromanagement is the main problem.If you can overcome Micromanagement,then the organisation is for you. Saturdays are off days but only people who can work on saturdays can survive in the organisation.People who think, Friday is the best day and can shut down laptop and have to open laptop only on Monday, then you are not suitable to the organisation.
