Salary for freshers and new joinees is good Company outlook is good as this is a technology based company and there is good scope for the services that the company offers

Dislikes

Work environment is very discouraging as some of the senior staff use foul language. Term work is very poor as each one tries to impress the management with their personal achievements rather than uplifting the team spirit. Work culture is very poor as it still operates like a proprietary concern rather than a corporate. CFO - Old CFO seems to be a nice person but he is biased and went into the clutches of one or two senior staff. New CFO has no control over his staff, he has to support new staff in case of conflict with the existing staff. Job security is zero as Management is known to take sudden decisions to remove employees without giving reason to be heard. This is based on feedback of senior staff. HR appraisal has no zero value. Management is seemingly arrogant and un-approachable. Management has to look into the facts rather than believing in chamchas, if they really want to improve work environment and culture.
