Good work life balance. Very good technical persons. All the people are always ready to help you. WFH facility is there. But to very less people left now they are not able to manage. So WFH facility also some what restricted. Yearly once team outing. Its also below market standard.

Due to poor management, there is no job security. Every company driven by its management. If the respective management is poor, no one can do anything. Continuous layoffs are happening. Because of that people are feeling safety. But the most vital thing is management is doing anything to recover this. Don't know whats their thought process. Tangoe was a very good company with pleasant work culture, however followed by changes in management the work culture is dipping and become Toxic in nature

No respect for genuine contribution, no respect for the suggestions and advice. Partiality towards employees, compromised performance ratings. One way ruling. And biased appreciations. No one hear the problem and concerns of employees. Management is only behind client satisfaction overlooking employees.
