Working with tangoe was a pretty terrible experience as there was no way people's skills were supposed to be tapped , followed by no measure to terminate them. The only good thing about working there was some of the people who were really good at what they did and also they helped others along with. Apart from that it was more a fiefdom which was run by a few seniors who considered it against their pride if someone disagreed. Sure the compensation was good , but it's not worth anything as most probably u won't learn a thing that ll help you unless u r d political kind, and the time there will frustrate the living out of you....Read More
