Nothing I like while working with Tangent Infocom. This is the worst company which I have been seen in my life. There is no job satisfaction, salary will not be on time, thay credit our salary according their wish & most important thing that they will deduct your salary with nonsense reasons. If you want to get a raise just submit a resignation even though you are never going to leave. (Practiced by many including the HR)

No work life balance, appreciation for your efforts that you put in, security as seniors just force you to give your resignation if they don't like you. HR will like to wave off any of your problems and tell you to get used to it. No way that you are ever going to get salary on time. A lot of politics. It's been over 180 days since i left but no way i have got any Full and final settlement which they say that will be done in 45 days of leaving the organisation, if you call hr " just wait for next week i will surely get it done"...Read More
