WFH vs wfo

My company is offering me 60k (7lpa) to move to Bangalore and work from office and I get 42k (5lpa) for WFH for the same I am from a tier 3 city so 42k is a pretty great salary but at the same time WFO has a potential to growth for me as I am in a semi senior role so if u move I can be a Team lead and after TL i can grow more but idk if it's worth it. For context I am 20 F I do not have an degree Nor do I feel I have good skills to risk moving to banglore but for someone who is 12th pass and only has 1.5 years of experience in design that is pretty hard to come by! 🙂 I do feel it is not stable job since I am in a newer part of the company but the main model made 60cr and I am guessing they are profitable since my boss did tell me this.
