The training environment is very good . and one of the best hotel in terms of learning the things and all. All the associates, supervisor s and managers are extremely good with the trainee's. I had my best 6 months over there. And I would like to thanks Taj Bengal for giving me the opportunity to work with them .

There was nothing to dislike , I was enjoyed alot over there .

I like the employee's to work in soft way in difficult situations and work environment is also excellent this makes me to work in future

The travel from home to hotel which make me to feel difficult even though the company dropping facility is there but when every I need to i can't go my self because it's need to travel through mountains and forest that make difficult

Well the name Taj itself reveals everything. All staff members are cooperative except few dats harsh reality which you can't ignore.I cant forget ever my Industrial training which I had done because during that I got to know the real meaning of life i.e How an individual work for long hours to earn money to survive in this modern era There is one fact that hotelier never die hungry. I really enjoyed my time in Taj cz I was mischievous kinda person often like to pull leg of other mates who was working there.The time which had spent there in Cafe17 with my senior I forget his name may be Sumit yeah ryt sumit He is really thin guy yr,Hotel is utilizing his worth that time 😊 and I worked under him and really enjoyed that time. During training in Front office I often use to work at Spa and that time I met with Amit who's life guard dat time I use to came to him very often and we used to gossip about about staff members and their behaviour spl.one guy who may still there, Dun know his name but he was quite rude and I called him 'Shikhar'the name which i had chosen for him according to his personality and every other nonsense things . I know whatever I am sharing is senseless or different from the question which was being asked....Read More

1.Well may be long hour shifts. 2.Taking advantage of power of their designation. 3. Using abusing language or misbehaving with their juniors. 4.Salaries are quite less.
