There is a different pleasure in working in a five star property like Taj Hotel, but where I work now, I don't get the feeling of Taj Hotel, it feels like we are working in a 2 star 1 star property. I felt like I was in the Ganges, but I didn't know that there was so much less in housekeeping where they gave me the opportunity to mop the bathroom by hand, and the less I found it absolutely bad.

What I didn't like about Taj Fateh Prakash Palace was politics, Mr. Santhosh Burla (Front Office Manager) is a terrible guy. Didn't support me. He only supports his spoons. He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work. Rest everyone in the hotel is hardworking and supportive, However, a few guys on the managing level didn't want you to grow. Be careful if you are joining here in front office department or prepare yourself to become his spoon....Read More
