Taj has great company policies but the management doesn’t follow any.

Minimum working hour was 15hours for me there was times when i was not given week off for three months in a row. You are expected to come to work on your off day and do the reports. If restaurant sale is low you are forced to pay from your pocket. The company did a paycut for a year during covid yet they deducted two months payment when i left the company as notice not served. It's a great company to work with, Tata's are known for their working culture, employers are first before anything, I have been working for 6 year's now, all these years I have seen my self growing up the ladder, I am very sure that this company's learnings, working environment and and my leaders will take me to great heights.

Dislikes

Compensation is not very great, working hours are very high than it is supposed to be, yearly increments are too low, training for fresher can be more robust.

I am in very challenging position, my job is ensure all day to day operation are smooth and manage my team with required productivity, I have to be on my toes to ensure all company standards and process are in place, above all I have to ensure revenues.
