Taj has great company policies but the management doesn’t follow any.

Dislikes

Minimum working hour was 15hours for me there was times when i was not given week off for three months in a row. You are expected to come to work on your off day and do the reports. If restaurant sale is low you are forced to pay from your pocket. The company did a paycut for a year during covid yet they deducted two months payment when i left the company as notice not served. People abuse you at work, abuse you after resignation. There is much more to it which i cannot end writing here....Read More

Compensation is not very great, working hours are very high than it is supposed to be, yearly increments are too low, training for fresher can be more robust.

Unprofessional HODS, visible politics , if the not followed to supervisor , HOD discussed among themselves n frame people about behaviour n performane. Taking baseless unfrossional factional , misusing power of being in position...price n award to unproductive staff working for 5 to 10 years blue red green stone n gold award ....O productivity.
