They dont give appraisals and promotion to the deserving candidates thier just hiring on refernce basis. This is the only that i dont like in my property. Except this everything is good.

What I didn't like about Taj Fateh Prakash Palace was politics, Mr. Santhosh Burla (Front Office Manager) is a terrible guy. Didn't support me. He only supports his spoons. He will never support you if he sees that you are working very well in your work and the GM appreciates your work. Rest everyone in the hotel is hardworking and supportive, However, a few guys on the managing level didn't want you to grow.
