People who were giving their 100% were not given importance and they resigned moreover there was an issue with my cousin she is female employee harrased by the manager it was brought into notice with them management and no one took it seriously they asked my cousin to resign and the manager is still working there no security for females

I like about my company 1) Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely. Also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. 2) Policies: lot of employees friendly policies and initiatives from HR department.

There is no safety for women employees, if there is an harassment management supports the person who did it. If there is no good work culture nothing would be good other than that. No safety for women.

I worked here for 2 years but one thing i saw was no safety for women, management supports the culprits.
