1. Work life balance 2. CEO is good and knowledgeable 3. The company keeps its employees entertained and ensures the employees don't feel taxed by all the work 4. Saturdays off 5. Free breakfast, including munchies, soups, and fruits

The only thing I didn't like was my team lead, and the most disappointing thing was that even my manager didn't look into it. If he and the senior management would have given any attention, they might have known what's wrong with the team. Two people out of four left because of the TL and his immense Ego.
