Indent for material is issuing once in a month and material also receiving once. Following and receiving for RMC, Aggregate, Cement Blocks. Receiving of TMT Steel is very High level. All Engineers teams support to store. Security of material by Security Guard is very high level. Machinery, Scaffolding and Shuttering materials received from Rent so there is no damage piece so all the materials are usable so progress of project is very quickly....Read More

Management not provided a computer to Store so the records had recorded by manually. Take care of shuttering and Scaffolding material like as a shuttering foreman.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
