Most 3rd class company. No job security, no commitment. No appraisal. Employees are working here 4-5 years in the same post! They have no value of their own commitment. In the morning they will promise something and will deny in the evening! most disgusting things.

Till now I have seen that there is not much work, it is easy, there is not much pressure of work and the behaviour of colleagues in the company is helping.
