If you love playing double face, Syniverse will be the best company for you. Every manager there is playing a double face.You can use that same ability to climb the corporate ladder sooner at Syniverse.

1. If you're looking to work hard and showcase how hard working you are. Good luck with that because hikes are uncertain. The CEO believes "hikes should not be based on simple peanut butter inflation." You may get it one year and the other year you will not. Same goes with promotions, you are free to work hard but the senior management doesn't give a damn about it. They are only there to cut costs.Doesn't matter if you are a critical resource or not. 2. Above point holds true for bonus/variable pay too. You may get it one year and suddenly you see next years its not rolled out to anyone. I have experienced the same and got the same feedback from the people working there for last 10-15 years. 3. Lot of old projects with old stack and are in maintenance mode. No real innovation happening in India. This means no growth tech wise for you if you are looking for any. 4. Syniverse is losing their big clients. This means increased chances of layoffs. High Risk 📈 5. Too much focus on SOC compliance which means you will be spending all your time in doing version upgrades for the dependencies. No real coding and mundane testing. Knocking off the vulnerabilities is the only focus right now throughout the org. Summary: Don't join if you're looking to learn and grow your career. Indian team from Bangalore is the worse, most of the leadership team is bench warming for the past 14 / 15 years. No new changes will be accepted and the senior employees have a lot of ego issues with new employees and new ideas.
