I like the way leaders treat their subordinates, and support from each cross Functional teams.

Dislikes

Company went through some crisis, and not compensating in increments over long period of time.

Work Details

I have been working as internal IT support for SAP MM, and my skills, knowledge and interpersonal skills were improved drastically. Its good place to work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
