Dislikes

You can't see such dirty politics in any other companies. Especially in Supply Chain Department, there is no skilled and professional employees even from the top management. I don't know why there is an HR department in this company, they can't address any of the employees issues and they just follow the department head's own policies by deviating all the company policies even in recruiting and performance management. I believe this company has to grow a lot professionally....Read More

The job was quite interesting, I got a great chance to learn many of the things.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
