Work life balance is too good, people here more professional, they always maintain line between professional and personal. Work scheduling with micro level planning to reduce the last moment rush for timely completion and to avoid extra hours. Great exposure for learning new things. Salary disbursement date is fixed and never missed.

Dislikes

Staff welfare facilities festival celebration, get to gather, medical benefits to be introduced.
