I joined here as a fresher with zero experience, and gradually over a period of time, the company helped me excel in my career with lots of learning opportunities in various areas such as technical documentation, single line diagrams built-up in AutoCAD, and power system analysis using ETAP software. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn more than your job responsibilities if you're willing to explore. The company has strong encouragement for nurturing folks(freshers) with less experience to grow into different roles. The culture of the company is amicable, resilient and motivating. By engaging in multitasking, employees are enriched to explore the full potential of their skill sets, and they're likely to grow through the job experience. The collaborative efforts of both employees and the team's work together with cross-functionality to accomplish targets. The company expresses that employees are trusted to have ownership over their work and that they have the individual power to improve results.

As a service-based industry, there is a constant need to present innovative solutions to complex problems which need long brainstorming sessions and demand time. There should be weekly/biweekly seminars by experts to share experience/knowledge to enrich learning thus producing a strong technical and confident team. There should be an Employee recognition program which can lead to employees feeling valued and validated by their supervisors and peers.
