Everything is likable till your resignation.

Manager rarely interact to remotely deputed employees. This feels very isolated. Company hardly take care of remote employees. Poor team for any project. Nothing new to learn. The real face of the management will be shown when you resign. They hold your salary, your manager behaviour will torture mentally. Typical 3rd class company behaviour (typical Baniya Type). They promise you for 2 day off. But after joining they say there is no rule for Saturday off in project. Working hour not fix it always more then 12hr. All manager have ego they are senior to you so there word is more important then your..
