Firstly about the team mates, all the colleagues are very cooperative. Only that is the positive point in this organization. About the training in company its the worst part nothing should be told by them and you are dispatched like a material to the different sites of railways and from there you are treated like the majdoor. On the site you have to work for the 24 hours whenever there is requirement you have to go there even if it is 3:00 am in night. Not even sunday is given to you as the holiday. If you are required you have to go in any situation. There's no balance in work and your personal life. And the most important thing is that you had never told these things during your recruitment. Worst company to work with. There's no work life balance there. Your boss especially VP treat you as you are his servent. Even don't they listen to your queries. Basically its is a "Baniye ki dukaan" which only needed is there profit. Nothing about there employees.
