Good for freshers. Nowadays Job security in IT is very rare, but Syncfusion provides the Job Security than other IT companies

It feels like you are going to school. Discipline and Break timings are strict here. HR's are strict. Warning will be given to employees if they talk to the nearby people even if they ask doubts. This warning will delay the employee's confirmation and extend the probation period for another 6 months. Even for wearing slippers during rainy seasons, you will be asked to send permission mail to HR's.

They are wasting our times. Incase you got above 75 % in both 10th and 12th they are not consider in between of 75-80% they are select a candidate as a above 80 % so please be aware don't go for an interview and don't waste your time

If you a good knowledge in c# language then this company is suits for you otherwise it's not suitable for you. In training they provide basics information about c# language and they covered the basic within 2 days and also they give 50 to 60 question per day for assignment for 2 - 3 days it's overall 120 question are given and alsothey put a pressure to finish after that they conduct a phase 1 test for three medium......like this there are 3 phase test you want to complete. Based on Your performance they push you to resign or terminate you within 1 or 2 Trainers are avoiding some person like me because of asking doubts in private. If your a fresher and you don't know about c#. Please concern below: * They don't give time to learn otherwise they will pressure you to complete. * Don't judge this role by interview process because they conduct technical interview with python but in your role uts completely c#. *Salary hike is based on your rating. But they give only 2.5 to 3 rating in training period. Note; Easy phase is training but it's completed dificult if you're new to this field because I'm non IT field but I know python. *Importantly please forget your sleep and health for upto 8 to 10 months after that it's depends upon your team. No work life balance. *And there somany dislikes are there but if you investigate about this company they only portray this company like Job security, WFH, 6 months once hike. Please check this review with any friend is work in that company because it's completely true so please consider because I resign my core job because of this role but its end with termination, Now I'm jobless.
