I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Worst Company and company is irresponsible towards employees concern and once you resign and after resignation no one can reply to your concern like final settlement or after resignation procedures. Please move forward to another pharma companies rather than Symbio Generics. I don't suggest any human being to work here.
