The company throws a get together every year and celebrates largely.

The salary paid here is average as you're working remotely. Appraisals are delayed by months. Variable pay is delayed by 6 months, HR keeps on extending the Days. HR never replies, neither reads message nor mail. The paperworks are poor here if you need a document/service you have to wait for weeks or months, they can fire you whenever they want without prior notice and when you want to resign they ask to serve notice period and extend that too....Read More

There is every thing to dislike. NO supporting senior. Toxicity. No approval of leaves. No work-life balance. Only office politics! office politics! and office politics. Management is just horrible. There are 2-3 HRs and they all are of no use, dont know where they are always busy. There is not a single thing that is managed properly. No salary discussion.
