HR policies are strong and they stick to their welfare policy when it comes to give perks to employees like learning, travel allowance, gym allowance, local conveyance and city visits.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no appreciation at times when you delivered better result without senior management and abusive leadership which forced me to move out of the company within a year's timeline. Management and HR coordination is way too poor. Because of lack of communication I had to take a heavy hit financially where Manager didn't cleared the communication regarding the deductions at the time of resignation and assured me that it won't impact exit experience as I have done well for the organization. Not only this forced me to work during my notice period but also made me miss my variable and notice period deduction which was equivalent to 1 and half month of salary (a significant amount for a middle class person). Now even after taking multiple follow ups no one is interested to take actions according to the miss from management side but as an ex employee I cannot do much as I was at fault in trusting the management here. HR did what they are supposed to do but didn't expect that management would act in such pathetic way when it comes to exit employee welfare. Policies are written in order to curb the instances where employee won't missuse the company assets or company resources and it is written by us humans only. This can definitely change as per requirement but no one cares once you are out of the system. Great learning that one should not trust management once you have decided to leave the organization. Everyone will try to use you till the end for their own benefit and act like they care for you but actually they don't.
