*AVP And VP's Think you are their slave. *No Job Gurantee, You can be fired even for just using a phone. *Only Offroll Job No Onroll With No Benefits *Hectic Workload During Many times in a Year upto a point your brain goes numb while u stand from your desk. *Internally they change roles as per thier wish( to a lower role, Not Higher) * Salary is very less * Forget Growth, Don't even get me started. There are people's working for 5 years still in same role that they have joined in. * Many More Note : I have worked in Swiggy as Onboarding Executive in Swiggy S&O so this review is solely based on respective team.
