Totally scam for me because when I go to pick order to restaurant they happily says someone took your order in that case all the penalty goes from my side and even he tell to cancel so definitely in that case what will i do there is no other option to call customer service, after conference both customer care and restaurant they cancel the order and gave me Rs 10 and still I was waiting for next order from same restaurant after 2 days the entire amount of that order has been deducted from my weekly payout, so pathetic. don't waste your money.I bought the t-shirt and bag from Swiggy, but the Kochi, Kerala team failed to activate my ID despite repeated attempts. This led to wasted money and frustration. Support team was unresponsive and unhelpful. I expected better from Swiggy and wouldn’t recommend their delivery service to anyone.
