Predatory practices by Swiggy to mislead customers

I was ordering on Swiggy and I noticed the app added a tip by itself. I unchecked the 'Add this tip automatically to future orders' box and cleared my cart to see if it gets added again, and what do I see? I see the tip had been added again! I closed the app and tried to add to cart from a different restaurant and same story was repeated. My issue is not tips here but the sneaky way Swiggy tried to add a tip on it's own without my consent and every time I built my cart again, it added a tip automatically even though the add tip to future orders box was left unchecked. If one is not vigilant, one may end up paying a tip on their orders. Also, the uncheck box is not visible directly, one has to tap on price breakdown to see a tip has been added without their consent, click on Tip and unselect the tip and uncheck the box. This is really pathetic!🤦‍♂️

I leart the process of supply chain system and gain knowledge about the fruits & vegetables, buying knowledge and operation skills as well.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no proper shifts, no promotions, no hikes, no complement, no awards, no gifts and atleast no sweets for Festivals like Diwali and new year, no proper manpower recruitment, no leaves even emergency cases also, more work load, additional responsibilities and more other extra works.
