The client will give you illogical SOPs which is nothing but harassment of both the customer and the agent.The management will just force you to maintain performance.THE FLOW OF CUSTOMER QUERIES IS 4-6 AT SAME TIME and they still expect and force u to maintain a satisfactory performance.No incentives and no beneficiary appreciation.
