Overall experience worst. Less salary’s heavy work and pressure and daily target high compared to other companies. There is no working hours only targets (official working hours 9 but most of the people working 10 hours&more and weekends holiday not confirmed because they called for weekends work before 1 hour or 30 minutes. If volumes is higher then employees need to logging early 2 to 3 hours before logging time and they not pay money for extra hours.
