At Swarag, Teammates are very much co-operative, Job Security is good, Career growth is reasonable good, Salary/Appraisal is not good compare to other companies in the same type of category of companies particularly logistics and service oriented company & Travel and Politics is fair and work invironment, innovation is fair and work-life balance is good.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very much hectic, most of the time hardly I have to work 14 to 16 Hrs daily and after reaching home also we will be having regular calls on late nights. Appreciation and motivation from Management side not good and which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

Entire freight forwarding, logistics, documentation, marketing, Sales & Operation reporting to their managers & in turn they will be updating day to day and each transaction both by email as well as sms and also in meeting and especially on review meeting

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
