Iam resigned this June 1st and my notice period completed at the time of aug and during notice period iam not received my salary but still iam not getting my pending salary and my settlement amount was not received not only me ..and some my friends also facing same problem..it's worst to say ..bad top management and hr department

Increment is very low my 2500/ month is coming in last 1 years but my performance is very good . And promotion happened only if you are only person who handles all the situation then it's possible.

In suzlon AP some new employees joined they are playing lot of back door politics and some employees also loss the the jobs and they are present unemployed because of local management politics. Suzlon top management is very good team and suzlon company is very best in working

Nothing good about suzlons vadodara plant.

Dislikes

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.

Under paid No safety and care for M2 and M3 grade employees Daily tower climbing even twice or thrice a day, worst hiring process (too long- they took 6 months after interview) No proper training for freshers They run 24 hrs mentaince service only by 2 shifts workforce so duty hours will be 12 hours and hepatic and continuous work with only one day week off
