Team Member - Corporate Event Management

• Manage, coordinate, and execute corporate events ranging from conferences, seminars, and workshops to executive meetings and team-building activities.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and attendee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to negotiate contracts, secure venues, and arrange logistics such as catering, AV equipment, and transportation.
• Build and share customised proposals with clients as per requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical and soft services team to support events.
• Coordinate with listed food and beverage vendors for food requirements and layout during events.
• Develop and implement event strategies to align with organizational goals and enhance brand presence and corporate image.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate event experiences and maintain competitive advantage.
• Maintain regular MIS and tracking of events and revenue and share with relevant stakeholders as requested.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in corporate event management, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities and leadership.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel as required.
