i had worked in that company very shortest period had some unfortunate experiences, with that limited time experience made me to quit the job quickly. some of the key pros of the company 1. For skill development at wind power it is the best platform.

Dislikes

Lifts are not installed in S6X, S82 and S88 machins. Manual climbing is the main problem in these machines. IN hybrid machines not working properly, 140Mtr hieght m/c climbing is major issue.

Middle Management make sure how to create worst situation for Site engineer No time limit for work you do your duty and also make sure to run your turbine how much time that turbine take not effect on management Some engineer's many time do 20 Hours work that possible yes it is possible in suzlon

Iam resigned this June 1st and my notice period completed at the time of aug and during notice period iam not received my salary but still iam not getting my pending salary and my settlement amount was not received not only me ..and some my friends also facing same problem..it's worst to say ..bad top management and hr department
