Overall experience is good. I feel some problems may be connected with the current location office, like they are not providing laptop for work at home employees. They are providing desktop which is very difficult for mobility.

There is nothing to like about working with Sutherland..

Worst HR team doing nothing other than recruitment. WFM is like puppet doing nothing except uploading the files shared to them. Transport department is if no use...still using the old pattern of assigning cabs to employees There's a lot more which is not said by many out there.

The L&D function is very active and great. It curate the actual needs of the people learning and help the employees to grow.

There is no good canteen and only one washroom on the floor. Less maintenance of services No job security From manager to employee speak bad language on the floor. No cab facilities There is no safe for women Food is also not good.if food is good the price are very high
