Sutherland is great company..Definetly employees feeling secured by working here.About the salary structure very much good in puntuncality.Overall wroking in SGS is very intresting.

As dislike part is growth in very slow. Individual managers are not so supportive regards the strengethen of employee. Internal no motivation in our team.

If ppl likes u, they ignore all errors or mistakes else they keep finding mistakes and kick u out of company - partiality., insecure place for females, 1 or 2 females set a bad example for other females dunno if they are not able to manage stress, overall worst company. Night shift is a pain on but. This company doesn't even give leave for usa public holidays or india public holidays 2 days off in a week is what they provide that too not fixed if manager doesnt like they move off so that they make u work for continuous 11 days .that too if manager doesnt like ur week off and shift will be changed then they will tell its rotational shift that u accepted before joining company.overall they will treat u like machines that u pay for...No fixed Saturday Sunday off night shift......Read More

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
