The worst thing is no job security. They depends upon other companies for their operations. So when the get a project they hire alot of employees but once the project is over they initiate the lay off process unfairly.

1. The company has got no IT team 2. Lots of Micromanagement 3. In the name of ESG research you will basically do keyword search 4. Internal politics are at its peak. 5. Interns, business analyst, senior business analyst all of them are doing the same thing. Only difference is the amount of workload. 6. Group managers act as Project managers and operation head provides training sessions to newbies. LOL 7. There is no provision of food nearby. Basically, if you are an outsider you have to bring your own food or manage tiffin services which is again worst. 8. You get 0 level of support from your mentors. They will mock you and ignore all your queries. 9. The HR is not responsive. If you're having query regarding salary, pf, and anything you have to wait till the concerned person is free to attend. 10. Hell lot of work pressure. Never ever try to go in this company. You are valuable here only when you are working 24*7 hrs and the day you will tell them that you are not well and may not achieve target for sometimes, they will put all their efforts to fire you by keeping you jn PIP. And if they want to fire you they will keep increasing your errors whether you have done that mistake or not. If they have project in their hand they will keep you on work and if they don't have any project in their hand they will fire you. These are their tricks to survive. If they have given you appraisal then they will expect you to work like a bonded labour. If there were 50 hours in a day, they would expect from you to work for 50 hrs for all 7 days.
