The company has a good product and the management is supportive to some extent.

Dislikes

The new HR at the chakan plant has been a concern. Their approach can come across as unprofessional at times, and there is a need to address workplace politics for a healthier work environment.shockingly they ask for money during the joining process, which is highly unethical. Additionally there is no job security, which creates constant stress for employees. HR manager is very rude .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
