In this Company I was given a free hand, where I can take a decision regarding anything. I was happy and I was working freely. Before any work to take place I was given authority to take a decision. In each and every field I had authority to deal.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
