Working in superb enterprises pvt Ltd Bangalore as accountant is waste becoz u can't expect growth in terms of knowledge, salary etc. I suggest not to work there if u are very much concerned about learning new concepts of accounting. You will get the salary on time. Thats good. But it is not gud.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. Worst work culture and high Unethical behaviour. Manager are happy to screw the employee career, even it’s their fault. Also please stop making people fool and try to respect them who are putting their efforts to generate revenue. And the major problem for girls some of the employees harassed mentally by commenting unethical things. Simply it’s a nightmare to work in here with this pathetic Management. Only family of the director and higher levels will get promoted or get incentives. I have seen many time on how badly they talk to employees and there are many people who got affected by this and left the company including me. They even ask us to work flexibly when you are on your sick leave or any paid leave. They simply don't care about your life or health. Very stupid people in the higher positions. They don't even give salary on time. This is one of the biggest mistakes of my life to join this pathetic company. BEWARE PEPOPLE BEFORE JOINING.
