Horrible place🔴 Even if you are in dire need of a job, please don't sign up for this. Even if you have nothing, please don't work with these people. Rude and arrogant staff. The CEO is the meanest person that pretends to be the coolest during the hiring process. The management believes in hire and fire culture. Mean, passive aggressive people with zero work ethics. One month into this job and I feel that i will need a year's time to heal from the damage they've done to my mind. Please take this as a reminder and a sign from your god. SuperDNA was started by Jatinder to exercise power over employees. The management when bored "reviews" you and exchanges looks right on your face. The culture is so bad, you'd want to stay unemployed than take this. 1. You're insulted every day for having a difference in opinion. 2. You're not allowed to use your brain and expertise. 3. You're disrespected every single day even if you deliver quality work because they are not open to fresh ideas. 4. The management is so rude and shameless. Your work is called bullsh*t right on your face only because you try to do how things work. 5. A stupid team reviews your work that has no knowledge about your domain. 6.
