I valued the collaborative environment and support from my colleagues. the company culture fostered teamwork and provide a solid foundation for my professional skills. However, I encountered limitation in terms of career advancement. There is nothing to like about suntec. Its the worst company, worst work culture, pathetic management. The lady team lead in the company is so pathetic and harrass team mates and make foul comments

Worst work culture, Bad management, Pathetic team lead who is a female she is just an nuisance and does not how to talk. She is so unprofessional who does not know anything technically and misuse and misbehave woth others despite of delivering good work. No one should join suntec

Extremely toxic work culture. Practice of hiring people during high work volume in the June-July season for permanent positions and laying them off on false pretexts during December-January holiday season. Along with wrongful termination, they try to cheat workers by refusing to give a rightfully deserved notice period. Only when threatened with legal action, they do the right thing. Extremely toxic work culture. Some team members have formed a group with the upper management of the department and they off load their work on newcomers in the same position. Also, rampant workplace bullying and harassment with no intervention from anyone in the management. Work culture is very toxic and it's like a BPO ,not actually like that. Everyone who is working there no matter since from how long working every one have same post infact there is no promotional post.and in name of increment theory are just increased 1200-1500 hardly.
